Hello,

Which auctions of yours are missing the icon? I just checked over a handful of your recently listed items and under 'additional information' is the icon for your gallery, just like your other listings.

Perhaps the gallery icon is just not loading for you, if this persists try simply clearing your browser cache.

Hi Stacy,

The icon is in that auction. I am sorry if you are having trouble viewing it.

Click right below where it says 'additional information' and chances are you will be taken to your storefront. I realize you clear your cache often, however you may need to do it again or even click to refresh the page afterward in addition to view this icon.

I promise, it is there, just not loading in your browser for some reason.

Take a look at your older auctions, can you see the icon on those?

Hi Christopher -

I just checked my auctions, and there is no gallery link in any of mine either - 101 current auctions (with 34 scheduled to list later tonight). My cache is cleared on a regular basis. I have checked some of my older auctions, and there IS a link viewable in those.

You may know to just "Click right below where it says 'additional information' and chances are you will be taken to your storefront." - but how are the buyers going to know?

FYI - I emailed 2 friends and asked them to look at some of my auctions - they could not see the gallery links either.

Now what?

OBVOISLY IT IS THEIR PROBLEM AND NOT ALL OF US- AND YES HOW WOULD BUYER KNOW TO CLICK ON BLANK SPACE TO GO THERE? THEY WOULD NOT !!!

SO MUCH FOR MULTIPLE BUYER SALES!!!

Hi Christopher -

No response? Does that mean that someone is checking into what the problem is? Please update when you get a chance.

Also just FYI - seems the link to Auction Watch's main page is showing up nicely and working just fine on my auction pages - you know, the one advertising for AuctionWatch services?! Seems to me since we are the paying customers, we should be able to promote OUR items instead of AuctionWatch's...

hi

still no meaningful response from you guys 24 hours later -since you are the only ones able to see this click on my gallery icon

i have had friends look at my auctions and not one can see - and my customers are writing for the link????

i know other sellers who are my friends that are having same problem

obviously something is wrong- your auction watch one to get new customers on the bottom is working fine!!!!

i would like to get multiple bidders
thanks for prompt reply!!!

Hello,

This far in the message center and in the email queue, these are the only two reports we have seen.

I have even tested this from home on my 28.8 dialup connection and seperate ISP and have been able to view the gallery link in your listings, as well as the listings of others. Obviousley if this was effecting the link itself, it would be happening to everyone, but it only appears to be effecting a very small handfull of users so far and we will do what we can to address the issue as such.

Still, whenever I search eBay for AuctionWatch launched auctions - all of the ones listed with a open storefront do have a gallery link within.

In fact, the following image is from the exact URL that the image you are seemingly missing from your listings is from, for the gallery.

Can you view the above image, or is there no image above this line of text?

i am very confused at what you are trying to say-maybe you don't understand the problem we are having

i see the picture image itself of the item i have on auction when i look at one of my ebay auctions..... i don't see the "click on gallery" icon under additional information

i have emailed customers that have bids running on my auctions,as well as other seller friends, and NONE could see the link to click on

when i am in ampro and doing batch listings- and i go into preview - i do see the icon
"visit my gallery auction watch" under additional information

obviously something is wrong here!!!

Hi Christopher!

I checked my auctions and still cannot see the gallery icon. I checked some other auctions at eBay that were listed with AW, and could not see their's either.

I, too, can see it on the preview screen in AMPro - and do not see it above in your post.

Please give me the url so I add directly to my auction pages. Thank you.

ps - I have been meaning to get this anyway to add to my end of auction notices....

Hello,

Well this is really odd then, still we have been unable to find any other users that are unable to view this icon.

The URL for this icon is : http://imagehost.auctionwatch.com/img/promos/storefronts/template_promo_small.gif

There is something wrong with your connection to where this image is being hosted. If you type this URL directly into your browser, does it load?

Hi Stacy,

There never was a problem that we are aware of. Finally your browser was able to load this image, and now each time you go to visit one of your auctions it will access this image via your browsers cache/temp files since you have since been able to view it without error.

Nothing changed, and we have still been unable to find any other users outside of yourself and nanandme that were running into this. The only thing I could think that even may caused this, which you mentioned addressing on your end already, was clearing your temp files/cache or restarting your browser. Outside of that I doubt it was a connection between your ISP and where this image is located, since you were able to view the rest of your template graphics which are stored in the same location as this image.
