we are launching items for auction from auction manager pro, setting the same dates and same times for each batch and sending to auction the day before our auctions are sceduled to start (10-21-01 9:00 P.M. sent over 50 items to start on 10-22-01 - none started, on 10-22-01 approximately 7:45 to 8:45 P.M. sent approximately 170 items to start the same evening at approximately 9:15 P.M. - none started !).. no items are showing up and are not starting, this same problem happened last week and now again this week, what is the problem with you system, i need some answers and this needs to be corrected, this is costing much wasted time and no items are being sent to auction!!!!! over 200 items did not go to auction!! lots of work for nothing!!!!

Hi Bdfdirec,
Has this always happened in Pro for you, or did this just recently start? The errors that are returned by eBay indicate that your user name and password do not match what is on their site. Please check your stored information in Universal Registration and also in Pro, and make sure everything matches.
