2 of my closed auctions are no longer on the list. They are brand new, I have a record of sending them WBN's as I get copies, and I did not delete them myself. They both closed on 10-20 and end with these 4 digits: 7896 and 6131. They were right next to each other in my list. Please advise? How can they even send back the WBN? I haven't heard from them!!!

I didn't relist them or delete them from closed. That's the problem. I only relist the unsold items from the "Closed" list.Come to think of it, # 1280629048 that closed on 10-3 also disappeared from "Closed" after I sent the WBN.
Sorry for the delay. The only time you should ever see an item move from your closed list is when you are actually relisting it (versus relisting an item that actually closed with a winning bidder.)
For now you can track those items back into your closed list using the item number and the Track Auction link found off of the Auction Manager tab. We did test this and were unable to make the system remove any items from closed under any other circumstances. If you ever happen to run into an error like this again in the future, please let us know.
