My post sale management shows there were no bidders. When actually someone did bid and WIN this auction. Please let me know what to do and if this will be fixed. There may be others not receiving my WBN because of this problem. Thank you.

I checked the auction and it shows it ended without a bidder. Is this the auction you were referring to, or is it a different one?
