It seems that on October 15th I was charged for image hosting fees. This was probably an innocent error, however I emailed AW about this and they have chose to ignore me. My bill last month was over $340.00. You would think that they might just acknowledge my concern. There silence is deafening. I would also like to take this opportunity to ask anyone if they ever received any money for the Paypal referrals AW accidentally stole from us. I pay way too much money to be ignored by a bunch of snot nosed brats.

Hello,

When did you send your email? Keep in mind that while we try to answer everyone within 24 hours, sometimes we may be a little behind. Don't fret, we will get to yours as soon as it is next in the queue.

I will take a look at your statement to view your image hosting fees. Are the auction numbers next to those fees for users other than yourself on eBay, or are they your auctions?

If they are not your auctions, it is possible someone is linking to your images hosted still in your account, and we are seeing those images as existing on auctions not originating from us and charging you for them.

If they are your auctions, are these auctions you listed or relisted via the Auction Manager? Keep in mind that if you relist an item at eBay directly, it did not originate from here and would have no listing fee associated with it, rather only the image hosting fees.

The Pictures in question were launched at AuctionWatch and correspond to an auction that was listed twice on that evening. Your system burped while I was uploading the auction. Please remove them from my bill. I always use AuctionWatch to list my auctions. Please answer the second half of my question. What happened to our stolen referrals?

Hi Casori,

Were these auctions imported at any time to your AW account? If you have image hosting fees that you do not feel you should have, you can request a refund for them. Here is the URL to the form:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Regarding the paypal referrals, those who qualified received their credits some time ago.
