Hi - I have discovered that a competitor selling the same shirt designs that I do has been using my AW images in their Ebay auctions. I can tell because the pictures have the identical flaws, etc. They do not appear to have an image hosting service because when they have auctions items that I do not have, they generally use scanned catalog pictures. I have checked my AW billing and do not seem to be charged by you for their stolen images. I don't know how this has been done, but totally resent it. I imagine you would want this stopped as they are stealing from your service as well. Please let me know how to proceed - should I report this theft to Ebay and to you with as many examples as possible (it seems to have been going on for quite a while), should I warn them to stop, or what? Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Sumcol68,
You can email him to inform him that you are aware that he is stealing your images, if you like. I would also recommend that if you have access to a graphics program, that you put some kind of text at the bottom of your images saying that they are yours so if he should try to take your images in the future, your name will be on them.
If he is using your URL, you can also delete the images from eBay.

Make a copy of the picture.
You use the new copy.
THe original that he's linking to, you replace with a picture of a horse's rear end or something. Then his auction will show this instead of the real product.
