I am starting to list on Yahoo for the first time. I have launched 2 auctions to see what problems or items I have to change. The problem I found is that launching through AW there is not a thumb nail picture when someone looks at the listing title after searching. I was able to fix it by uploading a picture to Yahoo. Also the accept PayDirect icon and box that I accept it does not show up in my title and listing with the discription. Is there something I have set wrong in my preferences on AW or do I have to edit every auction on Yahoo to fix these 2 items after they launch?

Hi Mark,
Unfortunately if you want a thumb nail picture to show up when someone searches Yahoo for your listing, you will have to upload a picture to Yahoo. If you can provide me with the auction ID number where you are missing the PayDirect icon I can take a look at it for you.

Thanks Sonya for the information. I was afraid that was the case.
Regarding the PayDirect icon, I presently only have 2 auctions listed, and when I did the edit of the listing on Yahoo for the picture, I put a check in the box that says I accept PayDirect and then the icon showed up. When the auction was launched from AW that box was not checked, even though I checked the box on your listing page as accepted payment methods.
