I had one bidder win several auctions from 10/8-10/9 and the WBN was supposedly automatically sent. I never heard back from him. Since that time I have repeatedly sent out Payment Reminders and Winning Bidder Notification Reminders and sent several of each for each auction. That means that I sent this person about 15+ emails between 10/8 and 10/28. I finally received an email from him this morning (10/29) saying "hey, i won a few hotwheels (ferrari cars) auctions a few weeks ago and havent received an automated email from you. just trying to get in contact." He has a hotmail address. I thought you said this problem was FIXED!!!!! Apparently it is NOT fixed! Please address this issue. BTW my cache is cleared.

Hi Antelope67,
The problem has been fixed -- we have not had any similar reports of this occuring for hotmail buyers since then. Is this the only one of your winners that is having this problem? Do you have other winners that have hotmail accounts that have received the WBNs? If you can please provide us with some auction ID numbers where the WBNs did not get sent out.

I cannot verify whether the emails went out or not. Your post sale says they did, the bidder claims he did not receive any emails at all. The auction #'s are 1645450248, 1645068540, 1645067067, 1645062225 & 1645058361. I know I've had an unusually high number of deadbeats lately as well as some people who don't seem to be "all there" I'm sure you know the type. Thank you for looking into this.

Actually it must be an aol issue because his email as registered on ebay is an aol address and I got confused because when he emailed me saying he had not heard from me he was using a hotmail address. Now I'm confused. He may be playing games or something. His feedback is 0 with 1 neg/1 pos. However, most of the WBN that were not filled out were aol addresses so there may still be a problem with aol. Maybe they changed something as well.
