Never been on the receiving end of a closing AW auction, so I don't know what the confusion is, but I get 8-10 emails a week similiar to this one I got today:
----------------
Hi,
I sent you payment via PayPal for this item. Wanted to let you know that following the instructions in your email, I had to enter my information three times: in the email, on the site the email link took me to afterward, and again in PayPal. I would thing if the automated system was working that the info would be automatically reentered. This is how it works in some other payment systems I've been sent by eBay sellers. Maybe you should check with the servicer you're using and see if they can streamline the process.

Hello jaymark,
The WBN has always confused buyers. They have to read the WBN, go to the AW link, and go to Paypal to pay. As a web designer I know that this is way more time than most users want to spend on a transaction, and it is confusing. AW has tried to make the WBN do too much. I would suggest that make the WBN into a simple email that when replied to sends info to the seller. Forget the AW link. Buyers can fill in the "WBN response received" box in PSM on their own.
I appreciate AWs effort to make the WBN as useful as possible, but in this case simpler would be better.
