AW I am very disappointed and frustrated with you. I have BIN auctions ending all weekend and the checkout feature shows 0.00 shipping. I thought maybe because those auctions were lauched prior to the implementation of checkout that was the problem. Well, I had another one end this am and the same thing. The shipping shows up as $0.00. Now when our buyer's refuse to pay the shipping, who is responsible?
You had plenty of time to get this straightened out before it came on board on ebay. They gave you at least 30 days, correct?
I am paying you for a service to launch my auctions, and you are not providing that service. I need to go and read your user agreement, but maybe you should too. If you are providing us with a service, and that service is incompetant and in the end costs your customer money, who is liable? I don't know, but will find out.
I need to know an eta on when you will have checkout up and running. I use you for the ease of listing and I like your PSM, but you are providing a faulty product and I need to know when it will be fixed. By the way I sell very heavy items, and we are not talking about 3.95 shipping, we are talking from 10 - 50+ dollars for shipping.

Hi Corksmom,
Unfortunately I do not have an ETA as to when it will be made available. We realize how frustrating it is for you -- our engineering team is working on getting it incorporated as soon as possible. Which item are you referring to, where the WBN went out with no shipping?

It is not the WBN that went out with no shipping. The WBN that I send out are fine.
It is the checkout at ebay that shows 0.00 shipping. These are auctions I listed last night, I had one end this am with the BIN and and the checkout info shows 0.00. When the auction is running there are the -- lines in the shipping, but when they pull up the checkout it shows 0.00, of course because we don't put anything in there, because that option is not available with AW.
We need this ASAP, or we have to go in and revise each and every auction, or take the risk of customers not paying the shipping because the checkout says 0.00
I am very disappointed that you would not take something like this checkout seriously. I don't know what percent of your auctions are launched at ebay, but I would guess a fair share of them. You are in the process of placing yourself right out of business - fee wise and customer service.
Checkout is here to stay ( I am not saying I like it, but what choice do we have). I have yet to hear WHY you did not implement it when you heard it was coming?
Many eBayers were unhappy with the fact that you could not opt out of checkout and were trying to get ebay to change that. We do realize the seriousness of the implications of the new checkout feature and rest assured are working on getting it incorporated with our auction tools.
