I recently switched back to the "classic" WBN because I could not get anyone there at AW to get rid of all the superfluous information that would appear after the link in WBN's that went to bidder's who had email systems that didn't accept the "Express" format. Ridiculous in itself that BOTH problems could not be solved anyway.
Now, I'm using "Classic" and most of my WBN's now are showing up with all the HTML commands showing. DON"T tell me it's their email providers!!!DONT tell me I have made an error in the commands!! As one or two DO appear correctly!
I just sent 4 WBN's, only 1 of which appears correct:

Hi Biffette,
No, the problem is not with the email providers, but with their email program settings. If they do not have it set to read email with HTML they will see all the code.
The ones that appear correctly are doing so because the buyers have enabled HTML in their email program.
