Can you give me some idea of when photos will be available again. It is extremely inconvenient to have this feature down during working hours. If it is down for routine maintenance as the notice says, why the heck can't you do that during the night. Now I have to write up my auctions, and then go back later and add pics and choose templates. This sucks big time.

Hi Sonya,
Thanks for your quick reply. I am having the problem on the listing page. After the description area, where you select images on the Ebay listing page, I get this message - "Auction Watch images are currently unavailable while we perform some routine maintenance. Please try again in a few hours. Thank you." I can't understand how this is an AOL problem and would appreciate some help with this.
Thanks,
Jane

Hi jtomp,
Whenever our system is offline (like during the maintenance window last night) we put up the messaging you are seeing. That messaging has been removed from our site, but it is remaining cached in some of AOL's proxy servers.
It might help if you restart your connection, log off and back on to AOL a couple of times. Also, try clearing your browser cache.

Yup- I have CS and the exact same problem. I've tried your solutions with no luck. Any idea how long until I can list?

Hi michie,
Unfortunately, I can't provide a timeframe - it really depends on when the particular proxy server you are accessing the internet through is purged. Sorry about that.
