I have Ebay auctions that closed within a few hours to a few days and they are still showing up as Active in Auction Manager. I have the WBNs set to auto. I can't even manually send them because they are still listed as active in AW. I use the postsale features extensively and can not activate them for these auctions. I have bidders that have already paid for the auction and I can't even print out an invoice. I have tried twice to contact AW, but no response. Does anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix this?

Hi Higginspug,
I went through your active auctions list and refreshed each page, and that prompted some auctions to drop down to Closed auctions. You can now go about completing Post Sale activity. This method usually works when you want to get auctions that are stuck in active to move down to closed.

Thank you Sonya. I still don't understand why this happened and why it took so long. I tried refreshing every single time I went into the site to see if it was working yet. I might not not have refreshed the second page though, so maybe that's it. I hope I don't have to do this every time. I really like the AUTO WBN feature. With 150 or so auctions going off per week, I really need things to be automated.
