I used to be able to import my closed auctions and then relist them if they were originally launched through Auctionwatch.

I just tried this with three of them and it no longer works.

Why is this?

Hi Pontiacdealer,

What are the auction ID numbers for these auctions?

Hi pontiacdealer,

Unfortunately, if your auction was deleted at any time from your control panel you will not be able to relist it from our site even if it was initially launched through Auction Manager. Also, some auctions that were launched despite the "unknown launch error" messages when we implemented the eBay API will not be able to be relisted if they did not make it to your active list (this "unknown launch error" issue has been resolved, but there will be some residual problems from it, this being one.)

At this point you will need to either relist directly at eBay or create new auctions. Note that relisting at eBay may result in image hosting fees instead of listing/final value fees being applied if you are on the Standard plan.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience!

Regards,

Diana

Hi Pontiacdealer,

The listings you told us about are now imported into your ACP, under the Closed section. I have used the TrackAuction link and tracked them via listing ID.
Notice that:
- they may not be in the first page of closed auctions, as the listings are ordered upon closing date;
- you were lucky! eBay guarantees that your closed listings are kept for no more then 30 days. Some of your listings are dated from early September!

Hope this helped,
Marius
