Come on the Christmas stuff has been in the stores for a week and a half. We need to get people thinking Christmas gifts!
To use the holiday templates, go to your My Account tab and click to edit your eBay site specifics - within you can customize templates to select from and save.
The holiday templates are available to select from, and once saved will be available for you to choose from when listing your items.

Hi Christopher,
When I go into My Account and look at the templates to choose from all I see are the ones I have already created and the 25 that have been available for some time now. What am I doing wrong?
