Hi, I've been trying to change my "Post Sale Preferences" Winning Bidder letter and I've made my changes 4 times and hit "Save" and it says it saved my changes. But when I go to preview letter to be sent to winning bidder, all old info. is still in there and none of the changes I'm trying to make are showing. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to change the default letter and it shows that all new information is in there when I view my preferences. But when I go to send or edit an individual letter to winning bidder, the old information is still in there (i.e., old winning dates, etc.) that I just changed in the default preferences. Thanks.
Keep in mind that when you change your preferences, they will only carry over into new auctions that you create. Your existing auctions will not pick up changes that you make to your default settings.
You can edit the WBN for active auctions however, by going to the active listing section of the Auction Manager and selecting the items you wish to edit. Next, use the 'set wbn' button to go to the page to edit any of your active auction WBN options.
