I've been trying to view and select the holiday templates several times when creating a listing.
The page either
a) tries to load, and gets stuck halfway, timing out

or
b) I get the dreaded "illegal operation" notice and have to re-connect etc. and start all over again.
This is becoming time-consuming and frustrating. Yes, cache is clear etc.
Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Uglimouse,

What browser are you using? Try a different browser and if that works you may need to update the browser that you were using before. If you are using Explorer, try Netscape and vice-versa.

Thanks Brian. I have IE 5.0, but no Netscape.
Is it really necessary to install (and pay) for another browser just for viewing your templates? I get a lot of script errors too when listing manually at AW. My browser works just fine everywhere else...

Anyone else have this problem?

I've not disabled any javascript.

Hi Uglimouse,

Trying different templates is just one way of narrowing down the problem. If it works fine in a different browser then we can assume it is a problem with that specific browser and the settings. If it doesn't work in either browser then we know it isn't browser related. Browsers are available for download at no charge on the internet.

The most common place to download software is:

http://www.downloads.com

You may want to an updated version of Internet Explorer. The current version is 6.0.
