I have the option turned on to receive a copy of the WBN's that I send out. But I am not getting them all. I get a copy of about 1 out of 4 of the ones I send. This started happening sometime last week, (I think). I really need these copies. Any ideas as to what is happening? Can I even be sure that my customers are receiving the WBN's?

Same problem here. I am not getting my copy of the WBN. How do I know that they are being sent. I need to recieve the copies. I do have it cheked to send myself a copy. This is sporatic, I get copyis on some, but not all. Tonight I have not recieved copies on any, yet they show as being sent.

Add me to the list, and an extraordinary number of my buyers have not responded to my notification - more than normal. Could be the Thanksgiving weekend, but I'm not so sure.

Same here. Sent 17 WBNs this weekend and got no copies. I know some customers received them because I got responses, but have no way of knowing if all went through.
We are currently looking into this problem. For the WBNs that you do not receive copies of, were these all launched at the same time or at different times?

Hi Sonya,
I can't be sure about whether the auctions were launced at the same time, but I don't think they were. I do know that I used the 1 click send button instead of sending the WBN's in batches.

In my case, the auctions were launched Sat the 17th and Sun the 18th, with 14 WBNs sent on the 24th and 3 sent on the 25th. All were manually sent from Post Sale-WBN To Send page.
