When a buyer includes there phone number in the WBN response, what is the quickest way to view it in the response ?? also is there any way to have the phone number print on the Invoice and Packing slip for shipping ??

Hi Dessping,
In the WBN, there is a special field that contains the phone number. As this field is not mandatory, we do not check if the buyer entered it. The only way to view the phone, is to scroll down the page with the WBN response, and see for yourself if the buyer included or not the phone number. If the user provided you the phone number otherwise, you may enter it and save the page with the WBN response.
If the information is present, the phone number will be printed on the Invoice / Packaging Slip.

The only way I have been able to get the phone number is to uncheck the WBN response tab, then go to edit, and the phone number is not printing with the packing slip/Invoice ??
