what's up with the "synchronization error"? i cannot upload my images. here goes another day with no income. winning bid notices are becoming even more erratic apparently, and now this. i have more problems using aw's site/program than i do with everything else i use combined. i still have eight months left on my term, but i believe i may have to seriously consider switching to another service.

Hi Spadehammer,

Our logs show that the synchronization fails because of a problem with an image file named "GIRLIEKellyTiresonBeach.jpg". Please manually remove this file from the "images" folder of your AMPro installation, then restart the program and synchronize.

As a rule, if such errors happen again, please click the Details button after the synchronization starts. This will give you a detailed log of which specific images and/or preferences are being synchronized. When the synchronization halts, you should see an indicator in the details log that will tell you which image file halted the synchronization process.

Thanks,

-Radu

the program only allows me to delete images online, and i downloaded the latest version a couple weeks ago when it came on.

there is some sort of problem with the image, but it was accepted into the image folder in my installation.

i gave it a shot anyway, and i get the message box that says i have to go online to the aw site in order to delete any images from that folder, and that they will be deleted after synchronization. tell me what i'm supposed to do now. you've got me in a catch 22 here. please don't tell me i'll have to uninstall the program and install it again. i'm no techie, but initially that's all i can think of, and i will lose my folders of auctions i wanted to upload last night.

please help asap.

Hi Spadehammer,

Since the image isn't online in your account, you should be able to move it out of your images folder offline. Go to your C-drive, to Program Files to AuctionWatch (or wherever you saved the AW directory to when you intially downloaded AMPro. There should be a folder there called images. Simply move the image from there to the Recycle Bin, then open up AMPro and synchronize. The image should be gone then.
