Lately, with just a few exceptions, my auto WBNs have been going out fine...however I just received my copies of some WBNS on auctions that closed out within the past few hours. The TO: line in all the emails to me is BLANK! When I go to the post sale page, it shows the WBNs as being sent out. Since my inbox doesn't show who they went to, I don't know if they actually got to the buyers or not!??

Okay now what's going on. Yesterday I posted a problem with Wbn's not being sent to customers. Three were confirmed by customers that they did not receive them. I received a copy and the PSM key 1 was highlighted. Now this morning my top 7 recent auctions in Post Sale have the WBN Key not highlighted. I know these keys were highlighted yesterday and even earlier this morning. What is going ON??

In the closed section it showed the #1 filled in making it look like the WBN went out. However, in the post sale list it showed that 3 did not have the #1 filled in. 2 of those 3 did not have the email address listed but when I checked them and pressed send WBN it now filled the #1 in but I don't know if the 2 without the email address actually got sent. Upon clicking the post sale number things to get to the list, it showed the ebay ID but no email address. What is going on?

I just resent the 3 WBNs and I received copies of them. I looked at the original WBN copies that went out yesterday and indeed they had no one in the TO address but when I resent those 3, 1 of them detected the email address of the winner but the copies of the other 2 arrived again with no address in the TO. So I resent those 2 again and this time they both detected the email addresses and they seemed to go out properly this time. I'll know better now than to believe the post sale keys in the closed section and view them in the post sale section and I'll check my copies of the WBNs when they arrive in my inbox to make sure there is an address in the TO from now on. Just more stuff to remember to do for each auction I guess. I think I need a remembrall.

GEE Thanks AW!
From my above post, I just received resent copies of the seven WBNs'. So I'm assuming so did my customers! Most of these auctions are already paid for. No I can expect the customers asking why are the receiving this form when they already might have been notified and in some cases paid. This is how you corrected the PSM key 1 not being highlighted today???? Or maybe you now are going to change your stand of: if you have a copy so does your customers.

Hello,
There was a glitch with WBNs yesterday where your winners may have received duplicate copies of the WBN. This issue has since been fixed. We apologize for any difficulty this has caused you.
