None of my winning bid notices have been being sent tonight and i don't know what the problem is. It says it doesn't recognize the email address. I can't believe that could happen 20 times! I have had to go to ebay and write down everyone's email address and then type it in at auctionwatch and manually send the winning bid notices out. This happened one other time but not with every auction i had closing so i never asked about it. What is going on? this is a huge time consuming pain.

Very interesting situation you have encountered! In order to track this problem and solve it, could you please send me a couple of listing IDs for which you had noticed the problem? I can assure you our developers will look very carefully and solve this problem!

Hi Sassymolassy,
Our engineers came to the conclusion that your WBNs could not be sent due to invalid data stored in your account. It seems that your username/password pair stored at AW do not match the pair on eBay. If you for some reason did change your username / password at eBay lately, do not forget to update this information at AW, otherwise we cannot retrieve for you the correct buyer email address!
