I am using the Basic AW plan (no monthly subscription fee, just per-auction). I have loaded 16 images for use with my auctions. I have about 20 more to load. I go to the image upload page and enter them all in the fields. When I click "upload", I then get the "Cannot Find Server" page. Hitting refresh takes me back to the blank upload page. I need to get my auctions running!

Hi Emanning99,
If you are trying to upload from a floppy disk, please copy the images to your hard drive. Try uploading fewer groups of images this time. If you cannot get them to upload after breaking them down in smaller groups, see if you can get them one by one and then contact us to let us know.

OK, I tried to save my images to my hard drive and then uplaod them, but it still doesn't work. Funny thing is, these images are from the same disc that I have already sucessfully uploaded from yesterday. So its not like it is a bad disc, etc. HELP!

Yes, I have tried over and over to load them one at a time. Other images of the same size on this same floppy loaded fine. When I save all my images to my hard drive it still doesn't work. I only have 16 images uploaded thus far. Is that my limit????? My auctions neede to be running DAYS ago. What is up? Image sizes are anywhere from 34 to 53 kb. All the ones before that loaded fine were 53kb. HELP! I am about to give up and move elsewhere

Hi Emanning99,
Try clearing your cache, saving your images to your hard drive again, and uploading them once more. Make sure that you have any other programs that might be running in the background shut down, so that all that is open is your browser. Please let me know if you still can't upload them.

I cleared my cache, re-saved my images to my hard drive. Tried again to upload one at a time. Still getting the "cannot find server" message. ???????????????

Hi Emanning99,
Try decreasing your number of image upload fields to 9 or less. Also make sure your internet connection is stable. Hopefully, this will work!
