I keep getting this error message when I try to relist auctions can someone please help.

The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:

Error 315: Failed in Payment Condition Or Checkout Details Specified.
Inconsistent data. You sent in Paycondition (or CheckoutDetailsSpecified) = 0 and You have sent S/H, tax, insurance info. please send the PayCondition (or CheckoutDetailsSpecified) =1
If this message indicates you must "put a credit card on file", please click here to verify your ebay account is up to date.
If this message indicates "failed in payment methods", please click here and select at least one payment type
If this appears to be a problem related to ebay, please check here

Hello,

Did you manually edit anything on this item before you chose to relist it?

Or did you add anything directly at eBay after you initially launched this item?

The error message is saying something to the effect of the original checkout information being differnt from what you have entered now. You will need to setup the same checkout details for this item in order to relist it from AuctionWatch without error.

So what you are telling me is since I change my preference at ebay and said no to checkout. If I want to relist these auctions I have to go back to ebay and click yes on checkout.


So unless I say yes to checkout I am going to have to make completely new auctions and have to pay more insertion fees instead of relisting it and getting a refund if it sells.

Hi Jdani2000,

You will need to relist it as it was originally listed. You can change the preferences back after you have relisted that auction.
