3rd day in a row that auctions have been stuck in processing. Please fix this, you are being paid to provide a service, you are not providing it. This is the third evening i have been unable to list my auctions. I'm getting fed up with this constand problems with your service.
We are happy to hear that your auctions launched. Please note that due to the Christmas season an unusually large number of auctions are being launched during "peak" hours (7 PM to 9 PM Pacific.) This is most likely contributing to the latency you are experiencing. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience to you.

Quit frankly that is an old excuse that no longer flies. You have raised fees again and it is your job to deliver even during "peak" hours. personal I have not had any problems but I sure hate seeing an excuse from you guys like this one. Please note a LARGE amount of us have not yet made our decesion to stay or leave at the end of our current contract and excuses like that dont help your case. I will say I have had very little problem with my launches recently and I don't use any of the other services that have neverending problem like the WBN's and such so at least that is a plus.
