Can anyone help me? You guys deleted all of my Active Auctions. I think this was because I didnt have a credit card on file. I got the note a week or so ago about this, but it was not very clear what was going on. I was NOT using AuctionWatch to launch auctions at this time (I had in the past). I was only using it to track auctions that I was interested in (something for which there is no associated fee, hence no need for a credit card, RIGHT?). So when a note came saying I needed to enter credit card info or risk deletion of data, I assummed the only data being deleted was info for which there might be associated fees (like auctions pending launch, etc), and just ignored the note. Nothing was mentioned about auctions that were just being tracked.
Now all of the auctions I was tracking are gone (there were ~70 of them) I could never recreate the entire list, because there are simply too many for me to remember each and every one, and it takes a long time (I spend an hour or so a day looking for the things I'm interested in). Some of them were auctions for presents for children in the upcoming holidays! Thanks a lot AuctionWatch! What a great time to do this!
So now I went ahead and entered Credit Card info for you (which you shouldn't need anyway, as long as I continue to use just the tracking service, RIGHT?) just so that I could rush onto this board here to see if I can get this problem corrected quickly.

Hello nnck,
I'm sorry that the auctions you were tracking were deleted... Unfortunately, there is no way to restore them now, but you can prevent this from happening in the future by entering a credit card in our system. Accounts without a credit card run the risk of being flagged as inactive, and might end up with data being deleted.
