Good Morning, This morning I went to my Inventory Management to schedule some auctions for Dec. 21 I went in to my inventory and checked the box next to the items I want to schedule and click on Launch button. I went to Launch item page. At the top (Launch settings) I check Dec. 21 and time and site. I went down to the items I want to schedule and the date was there and the site was there, But the button to set each time for item to launch is not there. WHY! Can you fix this? Thanks Dave

Hi Dave,

If you select the date, time and venue from the top and hit the Launch button, it will go to Pending until that time arrives. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Dave,

By selecting the date and the time above the list of items on the Launch Items page, you are scheduling those items to launch at that date and time. Are you trying to do them individually? If so, you will need to schedule them in groups based on the times you want them launched.

Sonya, Go to my inventory and select 5 items in my inventory and click on LAUNCH button now schedule them to launch on Dec 21 on Ebay starting at 8:00 p.m. 1 item every 15 mins and see what I'm taking about.

Hi Dave,

So you do want to bulk list at different times -- the way inventory is set up right now you would only be able to select the auctions and schedule all five of them for one time only. I will investigate this for you.

You are wrong for over the last year I have been able to do it this way. As of this morning I can no longer schedule the 15 mins apart. I have never had to launch more than 1 at a time. The schedule time box next to each item to launch is gone.

Hello fireman68,

You are right - the individual schedule fields were removed in an effort to work around a Windows bug that was causing some browsers to display the fields incorrectly. If you are launching your items in 15 minute increments, you might want to simply try launching them in smaller batches.

We apologize for the confusion!

Diana

Diana, Well its been going on 2 months and this problem is not fixed yet. Can't enginners find the BUG. I need those buttons back I start to many auctions a day to have to put up with this. I'm cutting back on 1/2 of my auctions until this is fixed. It will cost me money and you too. or until I find another place to do business with. Which I know you really do care. But I do, So please get this fixed. Thanks Dave

Hi Dave,

I apologize for your missed post. Unfortunately this has not been changed since we last communicated. I will check and see if -- the problem is a bug with Windows which is out of our control. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you, you may want to look into AMpro as you can accomplish this through there as well.

I don't want to look into any more programs. I was very happy with Auction Manager up until it broke (Inventory). I payed for this service a year ago and for the last 2 months I have not been getting what I payed for. You have had 2 long outages to up date NEW promgrams into your service. I'm not interested in any more bells and whisles. I just want my inventory fix. Please Up-Date me if this is going to be fixed. Thanks Dave

Hi fireman68,

This is not a bug in our system. This is how it works. As Diana mentioned above, we did this to work around a Windows bug.
