Good Morning again, Well when I go to my Unsold item page and check the box next to the items I want to relist and click on relist button. I am told that Note: The items you selected are not available for relist, How ever you are able to relanch (i.e. copy) these items. Well guess what they are available to relist. They ended last night and the others with in the last 30 days. Fix this mess you have going today. I have work to do Thanks Dave

They have been there the hole time. I launch from my inventory in Auction Manager for over two years and never had this problem.

Hello fireman68,
We've looked into this problem, and it appears that you are trying to relist items that have already been relisted once. Because eBay will only allow one "relist" of an item, your auctions are being relaunched as copies instead of actual relists.
If you do have an example of an item that is being relaunched by our system as a copy when the item has *not* been relisted before, please let us know the item number and/or item title and we will continue to investigate.
