For the fast few days when I relist and unsold item the item remains in the closed section of my Auction Manager. This is making managing my auctions very difficult. Also, when a buyer does the "Buy It Now" option, it may take several days for the Auction Manager to pic it up and close my auctions. I am TIRED of PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR THIS LAME SERVICE when I have to do all the work for the Auction Manager

Hi mulberry912,

Have these items been relisted before, or are these the original relists (1st time). If they are not the original you will be actually listing a copy of the auction and not relisting the original and it will not be removed from closed.

Hi mulberry912,

I have passed this information onto our engineers, this shouldn't be happening as you described. I'll keep you posted. Meanwhile, you may want to manually delete any closed auction that you relist.

Hello,

I am having the same problem. It used to be that if you re-listed an auction from closed, that whether it was an actual re-list or if it was the 3rd or 4th time you were re-listing it still left the closed category.

This could be a difficult to manage problem, as it could cause double listings and inventory nightmares.

Thanks for any help on the problem.

Hi-
I've been relisting thousands of items from closed sales and always hit the back page twice and delete those that I've relisted so I won't do it twice. It was interesting that they did'nt answere your other question about the "buy-it-nows" not moving to closed auctions after the sale. I'm trying to get an answer on this one also, maybe they will answer my question on the same subject. I'm a few postings above yours. Good Luck, Mike

Hi woodenhorse,

If you relist an item more than once you are actually relisting a copy, and not the original auction. The auction will not be removed from the closed section. Only if the item is relisted once should the closed auction be removed. Apparently for some people this is not happening. I have still not heard back from the engineers.
