i was uploading images when another function caused my computer to crash during that upload. after restarting my computer, i tried to sync again to finish the upload and almost immediately the synchronization is cancelled. here's what i get for "details":

Start banner synchronization.
Banner synchronized.
Comparing local and online counters.
Local and online counters are identical.
Comparing local and online templates.
Local and online templates are identical.
Comparing local and online logos.
Number of successful auction uploads: 0.
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server

please ASAP tell me what i need to do to fix this. ASAP PLEASE--need to make money. thanks.

Hi spadehammer,

Have you checked your online account to see if the images were uploaded? What was the other function that caused your computer to crash?

I am having the exact smae problem. WHy do you guys always asume it is t he customers fault???? When you have professional sellers that are on all the time we know the basic stuff and your system is know for being buggy sometimes.

I am trying it on a computer that I have done nothing on since the last time I was on. No Images, nothing. I did delete photos on your server but that has nothing to do with my computer.

There are about a dozen or more people getting this error Brian. We don't need to check our servers. Please advise if you are fixing this problem at AW

i have too many images on file to check and see where they stopped. (which brings up another idea: how about a search function in the image file and for unsold items under post sale? would make my life easier.) i checked the last one, and it didn't make the upload. however, the sync doesn't even start showing the names of images before it shuts down.

i was scanning when the scanner crashed and took everything else with it when i closed it out.

thanks for quickly responding to the first query--please hit this one ASAP, too.

thanks,
duane
