Good Morning, Another day and a another problem with inventory Management. This morning I notice that my Qty at auction is wrong again. Every Month is the same with this. It is not right again I should have 18 on Qty at auction total but I have 21, go figure. I did and the following should show "0" not "1" on Qty at auction. 1969 $1 Federal Reserve Star Note, 1974 $1 Federal Reserve Star Note and 1981 Federal Reserve Note. Please fix this to show "0" at Qty at auction on these items. While I have you on the line here. I would like to take this time to say Inventory worked a lot better when it was free. Since I started paying for this service it has had more problems than when it was free. Am I getting my money worth here? Please have Engineers at AW work on fixing the problems with inventory Management. and the Customber Care people should know a little more about Inventory Management before they try to answer questions about it. Thank you for letting me blow off a steam. dave

Hi Dave,
You have several auctions running of the same item -- if it doesn't sell, are you relisting them? We are working on figuring out what is happening with your inventory but I would like to know if you are relisting the identical items.

Sonya, here we go again with you. Please read my post above and reset those 3 items I listed in that post to "0" for Qty at auction. I have no auctions going right now I have 62 Auctions schedule for a later date. Those 3 never got put back into inventory after their auctions had ended on Dec.11 with no bids. Dave

Thanks you every much. Sir Dave
Now don't you think I was every nice on this post! My wife said I would get more done if I put a little sugar on it. Well we will see.
