Just now, all of a sudden, the auctions ending tonite show no hits and say "N/A" instead. I hate not being able to see how many hits....what happened????...thanks, arden

Hi Arden,

On those auctions you have either attached 2 counters to the auction or have not attached any counters to the auction. Auctions need to have at least 1 and not more than 1 counter to function properly.

Hi Brian

I've had one counter on them all week and now tonite, they all got this problem. I did not do anything to them!....Good thing they are ending tonite. I sure hope the rest of them won't fall.

These ones I'm complaining about all disappeared off the counters page too! What happened!???? ....arden

Hi Arden,

This is most likely happening because of the Javascript that you have entered into your item description. Why it is happening on some auctions and not others I'm not sure. Check your Javascript and make sure that the coding is correct.

Right Brian....what's Javascript???? As if I knew what that was! hahahaha....all of the no hit auctions are relists that were OK the first time around. So I haven't done anything to the "javascript" on them.....
<br />
<br />should I go in and put counters on them manually??? Of course they won't show up on the ACP...can't you fix them so they will???? PLEEZE????...thanks for your quick responses..

Not only that, auction 1674643156 shows up as having no winner on my closed auctions. It did have a winner.

I would like to relist 1674642619 and 1674642368. Are they going to be n/a too???? I hope not....arden

Guess what....I just tried to add a counter on the counter page and when I added one, it turns up twice on the list! So I deleted one...but it looks like things are a little haywire here~....arden
