I just had someone email me to ask me if I'd received their money order or shipped their package yet. It had been shipped on 12/11 and I sent a shipment notification and given feedback. I told her this and she emailed back and said that she had not received any email concerning the package being shipped. Is there still problems with certain types of email addresses? I believe she had an address that ended in @home.com

Hi Antelope67,

Yes, any email sent to a @home.com address will not be delivered as AT&T has stopped providing that email address for its customers. Check the email you received from this buyer for a different email address.

Then how were we each able to contact each other concerning her question of whether the package was sent and answering me back that she never received the Shipment Notification if she has no service? Our recent correspondence shows that she is still using the @home.com email address.

Hi Antelope67,

That is a good question. As per the AT&T site:

Email domain names will automatically change from [username]@home.com to [username]@attbi.com. User names will stay the same;

I am not sure how you are still able to correspond with that email address. Are there any other instances of this happening with a user that is not using AT&T?

Not that I'm aware of. In case you would like to investigate this, the auction # is 1664467982. I'd have to check and see if any of my other high bidders are registered with ebay using an @home.com email address. Most of my bidders don't email me directly. They either fill in the WBN and send pymt or send pymt without filling in the WBN or they are deadbeats and don't bother paying or communicating.

I just noticed that she did get the WBN because she filled it out. But she did not get the Shipment Notification. Another bidder I have that has an @home.com address has been completed but I'm unsure whether they received their Shipment Notification. I haven't received any complaints from them yet.

I am still having problems with relisting though. When I relist something, I have to click edit and fill in the 0 on all $ amounts for minimum bid and buy it now. Like for $4.50 it will just say $4.5 and for $3.00 it just says $3 and so I have to add all the 0 in there. I thought someone was looking into this but it is still a problem.
