Can't seem to get images uploaded. I'm getting a blank screen when it should show images successfully received.

Didn't do the trick. Still nothing but a blank screen and the word Done as if it has finished uploading. Also, it took awhile to transfer the documents as it usually does and you think it's going to work but nothing but a blank screen. May have to leave for awhile so will look for your reply later. Thanks.

Hi Ramabele,
Are you sure that you cleared your cache? This is a symptom that is typically fixed by clearing your cache. You may also want to try to close down any other programs that you have running while trying to upload any images. Do you have access to either Internet Explorer or Netscape? You may want to try these browsers if you are using AOL.

Just to let you know.....I did try all of that....it seems the solution was to RESET THE ARTWORK DATABASE in Aol which I have had to do once before. However, now I'm getting pictures but they are blurry or distorted. Still could use them I guess, but will try Gateway to see if I can update video card on my computer to see if that is the problem....if you have any other ideas let me know please......remember...the problem has changed from no images at all......to distorted ones.

Hi Ramabele.
Under MY AOL, open preferences, and click the WWW button. Under advanced should be an option to view compressed graphics. UNCHECK the box next to this option, then close out of preferences. Refresh your page, and your images should clear up.

I did that but also I updated 56K fax modem and something to do with a Resourses....now I am able to go faster....then did what you said....I had "Always Compress Graphics"(which I had checked yesterday when I couldn't get a picture at all) so changed it back today to "Never Compress Graphics" Another choice is "Compress graphics only when I do not have a Broadband connection to Aol".....what does that mean? So Brian or whomever....It is fixed and working beautiful...but for the life of me I don't know how!!!!!!!!!!!Reminds me of the lost sock to the pair you put in the dryer. It reappears and you never know where it was all that time! Thanks for your help!
