This is a relist for which I was going to pay shipping. It didn't sell, so now I lowered my starting bid and want to charge shipping and I have tried to launch it without errors three times. I've changed my shipping selection in the actual auction listing page and in my account 3 times also (which is what was causing it to error out). They match up but still error out. Maybe you can pinpoint the problem.
You have to relist the item exactly as it is, regarding shipping. If that is what you are trying to do but you are having lots of problems still, try deleting the failed relist in pending and doing the relist again from closed auctions (this time lower just your starting bid). Let me know if this does not work.
