I have been working my tail off handling tons of toy auctions this Christmas and am considering starting to use the post sale management tools from here on but I have one problem with them. I ship only by USPS and some items weigh in the 10-30 lbs range. This can mean a VERY big difference in shipping costs depending upon where the buyer lives. The problem with the post sale tools is that to use the WBN I must know shipping cost first before I have the buyers address. Please consider adding a possible extra step (maybe a two part WBN) where the buyer can fill out the form and send me their address and I can then fill in the second part with an accurate shipping total and send it back to them to finish. I realize that I can just use a fixed rate but I'm in NC and sell a lot to CA and WA. If I set a fixed rate to cover that distance then it's hardly fair to my closer customers.

Hi Mgt830,
I will log your suggestion and pass it on to Product Development.
For situations like yours it is best to use the maunal WBN. This way when the auction closes, you can ask the winner their zip code, then calculate how much it will cost so ship and then send them the WBN with customized shipping terms.
