I can get a message saying my uploads worked fine, but I only get the dreaded red X box????? Should I start to use the auction site directly now, will this be fixed in time for us to upload our auctions & pixs? HELP or atleast let use know AW is swammed and it may be to our best interest to go another method for atleast today!
I checked your image hosting page, and it looks like the images you are uploading are .tif images - these are not compatible with our system, which is why you are getting the red x. Please change the format to .jpg, .gif, or .bmp, and you should be able to upload them without a problem.
