less then half of my auctions that were in processing actually got onto ebay yesterday
i am in new york est and babysat (which is why i pay you guys for me not to have to!) ... i babysat them as late as i could (eastern time) with none going as of my finally having to get some sleep... disappointed this morning that half came back with error :
Internal Database Failure. The auction data could not be retrieved from the database for AuctionWatch ID 01awch00000000000513950320XX.
you must have cancelled their launch
i checked other auction sites , like auctionworks and others and they had NO problems launching so it was not an ebay problem like you state and i was able to get a few relists directly onto ebay- but not from auction watch- you guys knew it was coming and should have been prepared. WE your PAYING customers are the one to loose out and not take advantage of their free listing day that we were waiting for ! and deserve with all the fees we pay!
are you guys going to reimburse me for my ebay listing fees when i have to launch those auctions now- otherwise my paperwork will be a mess now with some auctions launched and not others- all the extra work you have caused and time wasted

It would not have done you any good to sit up with them, we did that in case we had to manually do anything....nothing....

and looking at the ones that did go- at 2:45 am eastern time- sure people will be bidding on those at the closing time 7 days from now!
they were scheduled to go at 7 pm pst! not midnight!

I'm quite angry as well. I now have auctions ending after midnight eastern time--what the hey? I haven't heard about any other secondary listing services as having ANY problems like this.

I also had about 30 of my auctions error out that had no actual errors in them. Add me to the disappointed list.
