To our Loyal Customers,
Thank you for your support as we continually strive to improve our services. Thanks to you, we listed nearly a quarter million auctions during yesterday’s Free Listing Day. Unfortunately due to the massive volume of listings being launched to eBay, some sellers did experience launch delays and a small number of our seller’s auctions could not be launched in time. The AuctionWatch team sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To demonstrate our continued appreciation to our customer base, AuctionWatch has decided to offer its own free listing day in January, where AW listing fees will be waived. We will provide more details about this offering next month.

That is just great. I knew you would ignore my other post and come out patting yourself on the back again. Those that had their auctions listed yesterday get another bonus day now so they are very lucky to have a double dip.
Those of us that got screwed over by you last night by not having our listing launched will most likely get screwed again on your free day. Go ahead and ignore my other post and all others that you did not have their auctions list last night. Some day you will get hit just as Ebay did with check out. People will leave you, contact the media, and a whole lot more just as Ebay had done to them by your ignoring the little guy.
As you see, I am still burning and knew you guys would ignore me.

ok explain the benefit to me...
I pay you a dime to launch an auction (first ones), I pay ebay .30 cents to launch an auction or more...
I have almost 200 auctions unlaunched, times let's say ....30 cents...this is like 60.00
So I would need to launch about a thousand auctions through you on this glorious free listing day you offer, to equal what I am going to have to pay ebay to list these auctions that have been missed on FLD, but then I gotta pay ebay their fees on that thousand, and then pay you a FVF, so
.
.
.
explain to me when I get even for the listing fees I am out because I didn't get my aucitons launched last night?
It would be easier if you just gave all of us who had error listings last night a vredit on our account to cover the ebay listing fees, or you guys pay ebay the lisitng fees for us, either way is the only thing that will keep me truly happy.

I can't see how this equals what we lost either.
Instead of one free day how about a free listing week? That would be a fair solution.
