Would like to understand why we were down all day Christmas? This was going to be a good day for me to get caught up and it was totally wasted. What new services were added? I would think for an almost 24 hour outage, we should have gotten the combined notification on multiple auction wins, shopping cart features in storefront etc.

I would also like at least an explanation. I was also planning to do listings yesterday and obviously could not. If you were PLANNING to shut down the entire site for a complete day a little bit of advance notice would have been the right thing to do. if it was an outage, we as customers deserve some sort of explanation as to what happened here.
