I think you need some kind of refund policy. I only had six auctions scheduled that did not make through the short window when Auctionwatch was actually functional yesterday, but I did have several more I was trying to get scheduled. It's a shame the only thing I've seen from AW is the innocuous "sorry for any inconvenience". I think for a lot of people it was much more than "inconvenient". I'm lucky that I do have a full time job (which, of course, means I can't spend today getting the rest of my listings up), but the auctions are a necessary supplemental income. For the people who rely soley on the auctions for their livlihood, I'm sure it can be devastating not being able to list in the prime time when they need their auctions to end. I also think we are owed an explaination as to what exactly happened, and why the site was down for virtually an entire day, not just platitudes of sorry, sorry, sorry...people gave up a lot of time on Christmas day to insure they had a steady flow of income, relying on a paid service to do their part.

I agree a refund would be nice. Or even a FREE LISTING Day. I spent hours retrying auctionwatch yesterday. My inventory in auctionwatch is over 700 items and to do them manually through ebay would have been more work than I was willing to do. Also, every time I considered doing it, I figured, just wait, I will go through all this effort and then auctionwatch will come back up.
Yes it was a very frustrating day especially for a Christmas Day. Very disappointing.
