THE RELIST FEATURE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY...
SENT A HELP!!!! TO AW CUSTOMER SUPPORT....ABSOLUTELY NO HELP PROVIDED.

MY REQUEST:
I have three Auctions that I am not able to relist, because of the
following Error Message:

The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:

Error 97: Contradictory shipping locations.
Contradictory shipping locations were specified. Individual shipping
regions can not be selected when choosing the single country only or
ship internationally options.


I went and re-edited them and there is no conflict with shipping
locations....can AW PLEASE CHECK THESE OUT and let me know what is wrong
with them???

Hi,

When you first listed these items, on one of them anyway, you said you
would ship to Canada as well. When you relist, you will need to do so
with the same shipping preferences you launched it with in the first
place.

MY SECOND REPLY:

This response to my problem is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't change anything on the relist at first...it came back with the same error message!

So what is your answer to the other two in question...WHY WON'T THEY RELIST???????????????

Please only respond with an uncanned message. In-other-words......please fix this relist problem or tell me what is the real problem with your system, AS far as relisting an item through Auction Mannager.

AGAIN: I am relisting the same item...same price...same description,...same duration...same shipping options...SAME EVERYTHING and I get the ERROR 97 MESSAGE!

I REPEAT: I AM RELISTING AN ITEM WITH ABSOLUTELY NO...NONE...NOT ANY CHANGES WHAT SOEVER AND STILL GET THE SAME ERROR 97 MESSAGE...WHAT'S UP WITH THIS?????????

Hello,

Sorry to hear you felt my hand written response to you was some sort of "canned" message somehow specifically tailored to fit your exact problem, and of no help at all.

DOUGH BOY-Dbl. Switchplate Cover! - This item you originally listed saying you would ship it to the US and the following regions : Canada.

Right now, it has been edited to say you only ship to the US. Change it back to the original shipping option, and resubmit - it will then go through without error - as I mentioned to you in your first email to us.


If the other two items in your pending section showing the same error were *not* listed with the same preferences as above - and had actually originally been listed with 'ship to the US only' then simply resubmit them and let us know if they come back in error again. Otherwise, change them to say what you had originally as well and they will launch without this error message.



Again, sorry that I was unable to respond to your reply back - we do try to answer all email within a 24 hour period.
