Hi Jaymark9,
You will need to select site specific information for that item before you can launch it. Click on the inventory item, scroll to the bottom, and click on eBay Setup. Fill in the information and attempt to launch again.

No...that does nothing. Still have the same problem.
Any other time I launch an item from Inventory, as soon as I selcted "eBay" from the launch settings, eBay will automatically appear under "choose site". But for this particular item, nothing happens. When I select eBay under "choose site" manualy, I STILL get the error message that no specifics are on file.

Brain....believe me..I have done it all. If there is a way for you to go to this item in my inventory it might help to actually see what is going on. This is the ONLY item in my inventory that I have this problem with.

Hi Jaymark9,
I was able to schedule the auction, you should find it in your pending section. There was a problem with your eBay Site Specifics, Checkout Insurance. I click to not specify checkout details and it was able to save the site specifics properly.
You may want to edit the auction that is pending to include the checkout details while we investigate this.
