Often folks respond directly and not to the WBN. I'd still like to be able to print statement, etc within AW. Is there a way to enter name/address of buyer into PSM as if they had replied to WBN?

Sure, just go to that listing, click on the "Post Sale key" to get to the Fulfillment checklist

Click "edit" for step 2 (WBN received) and fill out the fields - just like your winner should/could have done.
