i would not bother with Internet explorer. i have had the exact same problems, i use internet explorer, and auctionwatch told me to change browsers. the problem as i see it, auctionwatch has too many customers, and antiquated servers. i used to upload 19 photos at a time when it was free, now that i pay 200.00 a year, i do 1, yes 1 photo at a time. according to auctions watches 17 answers they have given me, it is being looked into. meanwhile, my fee is not lessened, and it takes forever 1 photo at a time. thank you auctionwatch for nothing.

You might want to consider using the AMPro software just for uploading images.
At present, it is the only function that I find useful (and I'm still at 3.5).
It allows almost an unlimited number of image uploads at a time; you can load based on a standard file list selection and synchronize as many as you want - then walk away while the upload.

NO IMAGES UPLOADING USING AOL NOR EXPLORER.. NOW YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE SERVICE FOR A FEE...MY FEE IS PAID WHERE IS YOUR SERVICE. BECAUSE OF AW MY FAMILY CAN'T EAT...AND I STILL PAY? WHERE IS THE FAIRNESS? WHAT ARE YOUR "OUTAGE" POLICIES !!!!!
1. If you have more than 9 upload fields showing on your image hosting page, please reduce the number of upload fields to 9 or less.
2. If you are uploading from the Image Hosting tab, please try uploading from Auction Manager -> Manage Images instead. Make sure that there are 9 or less upload fields showing on this page as well.
3. If you are an AOL customer, please try clearing your browser cache, and if this does not help (after trying the above solutions) you might want to try using an alternate access number if there is one available in your region.

well i tried ampro-to no avail, just more problems. i feel the same way cajamk does. i have tried for weeks everything they tell me. the bottom line is, their servers cannot handle the large influx of people now using auctionwatch. remember when: things were free, i uploaded 19 photos, i never lost auctions, rarely had error messages, etc. the only way i can get around the problems with uploading photos that i have been having is to get up very early in the morning, when fewer people are online, and upload my auctions. what does that tell you?????????

i don t doubt that you were able to upload that at that time. auctionwatch has identified that not everyone is having the problem with uploading images. however, we are all paying the fees. mine should work as well as yours, but it isn t. therefore, when i am able to upload in the early a.m. it looks to me like it works for me when not as many people on line.

Hi bksv99,
We know that image upload is difficult while using AOL. I understand that you experience image upload difficulties, but you did not tell us which browser are you using as this information may be valuable for our engineers.
