Hello AW,
Just a suggestion that I think many of us would like, and that is if your system could include the auction item number when it sends out the shipment notice to our customers. Many times the customer will reply with a question or whatever, to that letter, and I always feel kind of stupid having to ask them what the item number is they are talking about, or spending extra time plugging the customers email address into the ebay search system to figure out the item number. I remember asking for this a year ago, and it was "elevated" up, but I have heard nothing else on it.
