I just went to "manage images" to delete an image that is no longer needed and there are 4 there that are not mine! They all say that no preview is available and when I click on them they are X'd out but they are NOT mine. The file names in question are:
camarroof.jpg Last viewed Dec 31st, 2001
camleftrearbump.jpg Last viewed Dec 31st, 2001
camrear3x5.jpg Last viewed Dec 31st, 2001
leftfront.jpg Last viewed Jan 4th, 2002
I know I can delete them but I'd really like to know how they got there in the first place. Has someone else been using my image hosting? Do I need to change my password? Are they using them for auctions not launched from AW? I guess I need to check my online statement and make sure no image hosting fees are there since I always launch my auctions through AW. Please address this issue as this should NOT be happening.
Thanks,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will forward this along to engineering to look into further. Chances are this was a transient error related to the outage this morning. If any new information becomes available, we will contact you directly. Leave these items in your account for you, and we will manually remove them.

I haven't heard anything from you since your last post 2 days ago and was wondering what you've found out about these picture files?

Hi Antelope67,
I have not heard anything regarding this issue. One reason for this is, if you tried to view images hosted on AW from someone that were the incorrect URL, this can also cause them to show up in your image hosting with the No Preview Available icon and the broken link.
