Really great that bIFFETTE put in writing improvements I've been wanting for some time. Thanks. And here are a few more:

* would be great in the feedback reminder notice if there could be a URL identifier we can add to the notice so users can be one click away from ebay's feedback website. It would make it more convenient for the bidder and for newbies make it easier.

* add an insurance option to shipping section. It would be nice if the insurance option (as well as a confirmation option) was available in AuctionWatch Manager Pro new listing screen. There are times I include insurance as an option for the bidder and occasions when the item is glass where I charge the bidder for insurance and it isn't the bidder's option. I would also like to see the bidder given the option for insurance when they go to the AW web site as they respond to the WBN (provided the seller decides to make it an option).

* provide the ability to edit the email subject line for feedback received (which says Feedback Reminder) in the fulfillment checklist. I know you can edit this in Post Sale Management, but I want to edit it for specific auctions. After an item is shipped you do not want to immediately send a 'Feedback reminder'. You don't want to send this until you have given enough time for the package to arrive. There are times when the package arrives before expected and the winner files feedback before the Feedback Reminder is sent. When this happens, it is not a Feedback Reminder that you need to send but a 'appreciate your business' type of notice. I can modify the fulfillment checklist Feedback Received text to let them know I appreciate their feedback but I can't edit the email subject (i.e., Feedback Reminder) for that specific auction. So the winner gets the email thinking I'm nagging them for feedback. If I could edit the 'Feedback Reminder' subject line then the winner won't be stressed out that I'm nagging them.

* it would be nice if there was a way to distinguish some closed auctions from other closed auctions. Sometimes closed auctions are finished (i.e., all the fulfillment checklists are done) and not finished due to extenuating circumstances. Such as the auctions where the winner fails to pay but is still communicating or takes over 2 months to pay because of lost check or the item arrived damaged and insurance claim is needed. It would be nice to be able to take these unfinished closed auctions out of the closed auctions list and put them in another category. Months can go by before some closed auctions are actually finished, causing me to page through my closed auctions. I find myself paging though closed auctions so I know they are really finished and not waiting for me for further action (like mailing a refund) or to remind a bidder of their action (like filing an insurance claim with the PO).

* another nice feature would be to see the filfullment checklist information of an auction from the control panel just by moving the mouse over the post sale key. For example, if I get an email from a winner questioning the shipping date of an item, I would like to be able to move the mouse to #5 of the post sale column of my closed items and get a window with the date I shipped it without having to open the fulfillment checklist.

* is there some way that AW can automatically recognize repeat auction winners? and if so, distinguish them in the control panel so we can recognize them also and have an automatic 'welcome back' added to the WBN?

* sort the customer list by email name.

That's it for now...unless you have a magic way to get winning bidders to actually read the ENTIRE WBN so they go to the web site and provide their information? SO many times I get emails from the winner in response to the WBN that 'payment is on the way' and I have no address, name, payment type info at all. Or the winner who responds to the WBN with 'please provide your mailing information...' without reading or following the instructions in the WBN. Very frustrating!

Hi Deuchler,

Thank you for your suggestions, I will pass these along to Product Development. Keep in mind that you can edit your default WBN message in your My Account tab in Post Sale Management Options with text encouraging the winner to complete the WBN, so that you do not get extra emails asking about payment information.
