Help! I just had an auction error out (twice) and cannot figure out the reason. The error message states:
Error 315: Failed in <PayCondition> Or <CheckoutDetailsSpecified>.
Inconsistent data. You sent in <Paycondition> (or <CheckoutDetailsSpecified> = 0 and You have sent S/H, tax, insurance info. please send the <Payondition> (or <CheckoutDetailsSpecified>
Please help me understand this. This auction is a RELIST! What does this error message mean? Thanks!

Hi Lennonhall,
The error you are receiving may be due in part to eBay Checkout being disabled on relist if the item was originally listed with Checkout enabled. Make sure you edit your relisted items and remove Billpoint as a payment option (you may revise the auction once live in order to re-enable Billpoint.) If removing Billpoint does not work, edit the relisted items and activate eBay Checkout.

Sonya - thanks for your response. However, I really don't follow ... three of the auctions I launched last night were re-lists and ALL of them had checkout and Billpoint enabled. This is the only one that errored out.
You state "activate the eBay checkout" -- it IS already activated.
I did delete Billpoint. Maybe that will work and I will manually edit if this launches.

Sonya - PLEASE HELP! I did delete Billpoint and the auction still will not launch ... same error message. Any further ideas?

Hi Lennonhall,
If you received this error while relisting an auction, try not to change anything related to eBays Checkout. In order to do so, delete the errored listing from pending, select the closed one, click relist, and edit at will but do not change the checkout options.
