I had an auction close on Buy It Now on Ebay and 11 hrs. later the WBN was not sent. I had to manually send it. The auction number is 1685726744. This happens on auctions that end normally also.

AW is coughing and choking (let's hope it catches a breath before it dies) tonite. Took almost an hour for listings to launch tonight and I have been waiting for 2 hours for PSM keys. Very very slow!!!!

Hi Logansrhon,
If you have an auction which ended with buy-now (prematurely), then all you have to do is select the listing, and click on Refresh button in contro panel. The auction should move to Closed section and WBN will be sent shortly (if auto-WBN enabled). If you join mailstep.com (change your eBay email address to [email protected]) eBay will inform us about your listings closing with buy-now, and the listing will move from Active to Closed without any action from your part.
